PanelrokTM is a modular fencing system. Made as a composite sandwich panel consisting of a core with two laminated outer skins of reinforcement to give a self supporting, strong, durable, lightweight and stable panel. Various cosmetic finishes are available using different chip, resin and paint coatings incorporated at the manufacturing stage for an integrated design.

Posts, Pillars & Caps:

The PanelrokTM panel is supported by either a steel post or pillar. A top cap is also commonly used on the panel edge. All steel work is high tensile and Galvanished, with resin seal coatings and then painted.

Installation Instructions:

PanelrokTM is a modular design with the panel sliding onto post or into a pillar and progressively working along the fence line. When using pillars and posts the posthole must be dug out to at least 200mm x 200mm wide and 600mm deep for the concrete base pour. Panels are blind joined together for continuous panel sections.

The top cap is installed on the top edge of the panel between the posts pillars.
Should any concrete splash onto a panel immediately use water to clean with a soft brush.
Use a laser or string line to give a straight line for the fence line. Should a panel need to be cut, use a skill saw and seal with a Panelrok approved coating.
